2019 Sauvignon Blanc

This wine is crafted from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grown in Yolo Gravely Loam on the valley floor at 950 ft elevation in Potter Valley, Mendocino County. On the nose, a brightness of citrus and gooseberry. The wine bursts on the palate with tropical fruit flavors and a crisp stone fruit finish.

This wine pairs well with fresh fruit and cheese, spicy Asian cuisine or shrimp scampi.
